The color was a little off when I got this frameset back from paint (I’m a firm believer that should be no compromises when it comes to your custom). So while we wait on the repaint, I thought I’d go ahead and post a couple pics of some of the frame details I did. Enjoy!

I brazed in some brushed stainless end caps there that should look pretty slick after paint.
Hopefully they will treat him well at Nats. Good luck Bill!
2 weeks ago I finished up a pair of matching his and hers city bikes. They turned out wonder great and I’m really excited to get them back from paint. I was able to incorporate a few neat details in them, but my personal favorite are the wrap-around stays over the fillet on “his” frame. These are pretty tough to do and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thats exactly 1mm between the 2 points. They’re kinda hard to photograph, but you get the idea.

“Her” bike had some nice details as well, including hand bent seat stays, but I realized after the fact that I didn’t take any photos before I sent them off to paint. I sometimes get so wrapped up in the building, that I forget to take the time to document the process. They should be back from paint soon though…
Here’s a modern fillet brazed road bike with a touch of vintage aesthetic tied in for good measure. Kind of a Flying J inspired paint job.

Nice big beefy BB junction should make this nice and stiff…
